Julie Stafford is the president of the Wisconsin Educational Partnership Initiative (WEPI) and the project director of the Wisconsin Academy Staff Development Initiative (WASDI). WEPI was established by Cray Research as a business-education partnership program and developed the Cray Academy. Stafford received her Ph.D. in education administration from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Prior to WEPI She worked as a high school social studies and speech teacher and as an assistant principal in Chippewa Falls.
