Shelley A. Lee is the science education consultant for the Department of Public Instruction. As the science education consultant she works with science teachers throughout the state and nation in the areas of classroom instruction, science curriculum and programs, assessment (classroom and the state assessment system), and science classroom safety. She is a past-president of the National Science Teachers Association. Before coming to Wisconsin, she taught 9th grade science in Oklahoma.
